hello, can anyone tell for connection 384/128 kbps , how many users can be supported? and for 512 / 128 kbps how many users will be supported? if we run the hub using that connection?

Well How many people can be in ur hub depends on how fast u want ur hub to run ...and wether u use the internet for downloading other files and ect...if u dont use the internet at all..and have 128 as Upload then I guess it can manage arround 70 - 150 Users max according to my experince but dunno abt if it can be taken as a faktum
oh ok and is there any software which can make the hub run faster and smooth wothout lagging?
You should be download the standards for Internet-Tuning like:

Otherwise you should take scripts, wich doesn?t slow your traffic- scripts wich are small!
