block registration

i would like to have a script which can block registration for eg
+offregistration
and if any op or vip or master who ever tries to reg after the execution of offregistartion command will get some message like
<bot> Registration has closed on account of upgradation of hub
some what like this in pm
and the registration can be start again by a command
+onregistration
the commands must be only available to masters
i think i am clear with my idea

What command do you use for registration? The inbuilt one (!addreguser <nick> <pass> <profile>) or a special one (like !regreg <nick> <pass>) by script?

I use the Ptokax inbuilt command i.e !addreguser <nick> <pass> <profilename>

Hey nice script Mutor,
Would like an addition in this script.
Is it possible to make a pending list?? It will work such tht, when registration is disabled and if any op try's to reg any user thn tht would be added to a file. Then the owner will manually read thm and clear tht file.

thanks for the script great work. but there is a prob in the script When i try 2 reg a user the script dont allow me to add the user in the userlist but the user is added in reglog script
for eg
** Server command: +addreguser mutor mutor reg
<bot> Sorry yahoo,  registration has been temporarily *disabled*

<bot> Reg mutor added by Master potter, log entry updated. Entries: 1042
