m running PtokaX 0.4.1.1 Win32 GUI & a reg user in my hub can ban ip change hub description & set minimum maximum share size & user have only enter full hub option only :'(

I disabled the scripts but then also he can able to set all things with the reg user nick, in morn he set minimum share size to 100tb & all users were getting "Your share is outside the limits. Min share is 100tb, max share is 200tb." & when i check in ptokax i got this share size only so i change it back to normal. I think that user is hacking my ptokax server with reg user nick :( please help he can ban ips too he banned me 4-5 time & i got message your ip is banned by redalert & when i check redalert nick profile he was reguser @ the same time & i have not changed any user rights in profile manager everything is default.
no when he change share size or ban some one message comes from bot in mainchat so i don't think my server have any prob coz he do from his end
i will ask him tomorrow which commands he use to do all this things & let u know
It was script fault he was banning using +ban ip cmd i'll report it to script writer
