I was wondering if it was a problem with my server but I've tried the backup to the same effect.

I've also established now that the domain registrar has a problem (first one they've had whilst I have been using them), so I'll just have to wait till they fix it.

The first does never work, as you made typo daknexus instead of darknexus. with darknexus it works fine.
The other two work fine too

Hopefully the registrar has their nameservers fixed now.
