Offline messenger

Hey i am using the following script as the offilne messenger...there is a problem in this script that whenever i try to send messages to nicks like DodgeViper..it shows the message that message will be delivered to dodgeviper.....and finally DodgeViper dosen't get the message...i think this can't differentiate between the caps..
please help me...

I tried the script, seems to be working fine. Sent message to conejodelmal and ConejoDelMal got it.
maybe the problem is elsewhere?

make sure your client is not ignoring messages from offline users or messages from the bot, good luck
