Hub Gets Spammed

Hey Guys..

Got a big fav to help me out here..
I am currently running a DC Hub and theres this dude that allways keeps coming in and spamming the main chat

[14:12] join-nowjoin-nowjoin-nowjoin-nowjoin-nowjoin-nowjo

Like that but repeated alot is there any scripts out there that I can like block his IP? because if theres away to block his dyn address all should be good..  

This hub is running PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.2.6 TestDrive 4.99  (UpTime: 360 hours, 29 minutes)

Anyone wana help that would be Great! :D
