[REQ] Needed Quote System For LUA5

hey i posted a post about this before but before lua4
im just wondering if their is a LUA5 version of nightlich's "memories"

the concept of the quote system is that
VIPS and OPs can add custom quote's preferable in multiline if possible and save to a database with a unique ID..

and then OPs and VIPs can recall quotes for example like
!quote [id number]

and only ops can delete quotes..
and also vips and ops a show recent quotes, and all quotes
abit like freshstuff really but im not a coder (just a newb slowly learning)

and is it possible to edit bots like terminator and robocop because their great scripts but i hate the appearance hub wise of such things like !banner robocop does

wondering if its possible 2 edit such bots or do i have to get a decompiled version or find a standalone version..
