Sending Kick, warn and ban messages!

With Dixbot it does not seem to work that kick, ban and warns are sent to all users in mainchat automatic. When I take action on any user I would like that all hub members get the message which action and why it was taken.

Also when getting bans, temp or permanent it does not show the reason of the ban. It would be cool if this could be added.
