Country flags instead of connection icons in userlist (changable in settings)

Column ip in userlist part....shows ip:s if you are op.
Senduserip in favorite hubs. (on/off in fav properties)
Multi mark publichublist and enter those.
Removed i-tunes.
changed background pic...alot smaller exe file.

i thought there are too many op clients out there thats is already good. But no non-op clients i liked.
So thats why its a non-op client only.
