Just was wondering why some hubs are rated as -3 users ? on dreamland hublist is this an bug related to ptokax or somethings else ?

i couldn't make out what the were saying for most of the thread since it was in swedish.
LOL all them hubs with -3 are banned from hublist for faking users mainly. If you go to the top of the hublist and pick pretty much any of the top hubs- they all redirect to small crappy hubs- ones that will soon end up at -3. And after a while the ips of fake hubs get barred from dreamland. And then the hub owner cant even download the hub list LOL.
The hubs with -3 aren't banned from the hublist, It's when the pinger can't get in the hub they go to bottom of list, most of the hubs have 3000+ or higher when they are down there...
If they were banned they wouldn't be on the list ;)
