A New command Supermegaflood

I want to create a new command Supermegaflood.
It's similar at the flood. But change the function about command. The flood message is a command that send all message only in a window...

But the Supermegaflood must send each message in a separate window.
For example:
On open at str a window and...

You are flooding fuck

on open an other window

You are flooding fuck

etc..
They open so much windows how much they are the messages of flood..
It's possible?
how could i do?

i already made a script that does that called the nuke, but i canceled due to the usage of it, there no point being so nasty, a simple ban or a soft normal flood does the job, so sorry no help from me.....because it can really mess with dc,when i was testing the nuke, i had to reinstall my dc a couple of times, due to it not hadnling them and corupting the file

I want to use this command only with users that sharing files preteen, pedo, underage, raped.. There are many users that share this files. And, if the police don't stop this illegal share. I want to kill they from my Hub. If you don't want to help me, Remember that this command can be used to stop this users.
Ban is a limitated command versus this users, i don't want ban they, i want to break they pc.  :evil:.
Now, who want help me?
