A post script? !write , !read !??!?!

Can someone tell me a good post bot with !write and     !read which has timer to set how long can the post saved.  I`d like also that the bot can says all (date,time,nick and mesage in one line)   something like this      " 10/16/05 00:39:11  [RO][NT][Ambra]Conrad  says:  ====== Vand = Combo = 48x/16x/48x = Model 2005, functioneaza perfect = Pret 1.300.000 lei vechi (130 RON) =
