Give this a try:

Main = function()
	local tTable = frmHub:GetOnlineOperators()
	for i, v in ipairs(tTable) do
		table.insert(t, v)
		SaveToFile(file, t, "t")
	end
end


As you can see in your code, you're using a table value as an index.
That's the reason why you won't get any output.

By the way, you can use table.insert in both arrays and tables.
