Is thr any script which wont allow multiple users from same IP..?

I tried search , but somehow i m not able to get it..

If we use this script or use the one inbuilt in PtokaX, thn will the socks5 users get blocked??

I have already got a script which is working very gud for me.. It is clonekiller1.1d.lua
