Problems with users and chat

Hello all

I got a problem
In my hub users cant chat in mainchat or pm need to reg them first but can use robocops rightclick.
But i want that they also can read 3 text files in pm with a command from custom rightclick
I added these text files in ptokax but then users cant select them from the custom rightclick from robocop because they get an error about chatting in main.
I got also a script for reading text files but doesnt work either

So can anyone make a script so users can read 3 text files in pm with the custom rightclick

try this       make a txt file and put it in ptokax texts folder ( not txts in scripts ) then in ptokax/options put tick in send txt files in pm , now add this to customs commands in robo

user:SendData("$UserCommand 1 3 Test\\$<%[mynick]> !Nameoftextfile&#124;|")

Make sure Name of text file is the same has what you named text file , (so if you name text  Test  then command to use would be !test ), then restart hub.

It doesnt work either Tw?sT?d-d?v?l

I still get: *** You're not authorized to chat!

Because i disabled the mainchat for users
But the robocop commands can users use

Maybe someone can make me a script that disables the chat for users but can request text files in main and show them in pm
