off line message

this is my first visit and i am a total newbie to this
i have the latest ptokax and dc++0.698
i have seen in downloads some where prog will let you send pm to peeps offline tried it but could not get it to work prop not sure if it was me or the script if it sutable for what i have
if any one can give me some help

ok will give bit more info have got it to work sort of
am using vicarious.lua script
other peep can send me message when i am off line so when i come back on line i have to stop hub and restart to see message and when i try it says my nick is being used
but is ok if i stop and start hub
