Word Filter in FreshStuff

I am using FreshStuff3 4.4.0 . I want to know wheher it is possible to incorporate a word filter in it such that if   user tries to add some request like " please download LOTR " or something like than then the filter will catch word "download" and not allow posting such thing...
The filter should be such that we can add more words that are not allowed
