Usercommand for misc items

Hello is there a script that let's you add usercommands that point to a .txt file to open in pm or main chat window?

Say when right-clicking that gives you option for weather, sport's etc. then when you click it loads the data from a .txt file to the user requesting info either using pm or main chat. :-\

You could make a script that sends the names of the textcommands to UserCommands. But it is simpler to just type the command

I would love to have it in the new API.
I'm trying to bring my test hub upto speed.
Once it's passed my testing I'll replace my working hub with it.
