profile reg script(new API) if poss

Im after a script for the new API where profiles can register the same profiles ( Ops can reg OPs )
Has there is no main bot yet im after alternates scripts for my private op hub.

Edit   fix my error ....  Was wandering if you can add reg offline users to ...
So i could reg that user as same profile too

I run a private hub , so i have to register users b4 they enter hub  ....  this is why i ask for offline user, has they are not in hub.
So users who registers gets pm the reg info then he/she pass's along  ... something like ,

You have been registered at ..hubaddy.. with ..nick.. , ..pass.. with profile ..op..

If you get my meaning ...

they would allready have given there password to the nick registering them ....
Like if you wanted reg in my hub you would leave me nick and pass somewhere ( i get a lot from dchubad forum)
and then i would register with those details.similar to how robocop used to do it .

oops   i was still half-asleep when i wrote that     i ment to alter a little so it looked like user was offline ....
See as my hub is reg only /fav is pointless in it  ...
But your script seems to do what im after  so i thank you for that

/fav prob is better , but doesnt user have to be in that hub to use fav?
