how do you get your hub off the list once it is on there?
they have regged your IP (because you did not put the " yourhub-no-ip.com " or something like that .. but your own ip in the hubaddres-box ??? and you decide not to want to be a public hub any longer ..
+ you cant change your static ip ..
+you actualy don't want to because then you lose the nice people that don't really know how to find your hub again ????
and you send "them" (the hublist people) 14 mails in 2 weeks but .. no reply ..
so .. alway's reg yout hub with the re-direct address and make sure that you want to register your hub ..
because .. the public lists also means many unwanted visitors ,, and a lot of administration .. :0(
so good luck ..
and b4 to reg ..
install :
a good and simple firewall ..
(like "peerguardian" .. or "ProtoWall" ( wich i like much)
and update your blocklists daily ..
for the above happened to a friend of mine.. and he is not too happy about it ;0(
