Title: PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.3.0 build 17.09 100% cpu usage

a couple of times a day my hub goes to 100% cpu for a couple of minutes, and its very slow reacting in chat etc.

I have no idea what its doing. What could be wrong, or is it normal?

PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.3.0 build 17.09 with robocop and some other small scripts, running on Dual PIII 700

what happens on the latest version, or without robocop??
