A problem is such:
Proposed all of tuning, all as it should be. But knocks out and insolently puts tuning(PTOKAX)
Beats out scripts, even at that I put <Bool Name="stopscriptonerror">0</bool>

First, I'd like to advice you to use a different Translator program then the one you used. It is pretty unreadable :P
But, I think you mean that everything is working good, except that scripts stop on their own, even with the option disabled.
Given that is what you mean...
Sometimes scripts have errors that are so severe they cannot continue.
If a script has an OnError function, this can be used to display the error in mainchat.
An other, but more difficult way, would be to use the PtokaX UDP-Debugger to show error messages.
If scripts stop, this is either done by the script itself, an OP or a serious error.
Maybe you can attach the scripts you are running ?
