Slots Predefined

In my Hub, one special user, actualy one good friend from the web world, ask me if it can be possible to him have only 2 slots open.
I already said to him if he wanted to become an op and he honestly answered, that he can't spend much time here, even he is always online as an user...

Is there any way or any script that allow certain users who we desire to have particulary rules??
i mean,
can you build a script where we can allow users to have one number of slots diferent the one's we have in hub security??
like:

let xxxname=2 slots
let xxxname=4 hubs
let xxxname=10 mg of share

Hope you can help me, this user is a friend of mine, and we in our Hub are above all...Friends!!!
I would like to make something kind to him!!!

why not make him an op  and  allow ops in  with very little

They dont have any slot check either....

or use the profiles manager in PtokaX to make him a prfile with less rules ;)
