in short you can't but you can use OP clients to help with detecting clients that fake share though they far from perfect. it is common for OP clients to go wrong and kick/ban genuine users. i suggest getting some good Operators that do their job well. i believe there are scripts for detecting fake shares but they 'can' use a lot of the hub resources and they also are not too reliable
