I get this messege with new RC

When i start RC10.01 or RC10.01a
I get this messegae



And when i unpack the package there is just one file: RoboCop.exe

(Sorry, i dont have the time to edit it to english)

In the previous there have been a lot more files, are this files planted into RoboCop.exe
