I'm wondering if a feature like this can be added to deflood
The reason is that some s*ck*rs like to play around deflood in PtokaX (the last happened just a few days ago in the middle of the night...)
I'm meaning that they set flood rate over 2 second for example, and send variated (+ 1 space or such) spam messages.

I've asked this option since these flooders cannot be filtered with the options of PtokaX right now.
Example if I set over 2secs the main deflood, users get annoyed, because some of their messages get stuck. (and don't help these floods because flooders just set a longer flood rate)
The messages are not the same even if 90% of the strings are the same, so same messages deflood does not work.

The actual parameters of this feature would be:
a maximum number of lines after an action is called (regardless of interval, only the number of continous lines sent by the same IP count)
and an action selector (disable, ignore, disconnect, kick, ban, like in the other deflood options)

This should help another annoyance caused by 10 line / 2 sentence users.

Just an idea
