This software allows for assigning specific processes in your winxp system to use specific cpu core.
It is really usefull to assign those programs that don't take advantage of dual/multi-core cpus to a single core to achieve full control over your system,.. I don't really know if its helping in any way but i thought it would be nice to have :)
Basically it should help in the way that you can give a whole core to just one app, so that it runs smoothly, test it out ;)
