Problems with users joining then parting

Hi i'm not sure if this is a problem with a script or if its a problem with the hubsoft (ptokax).

I have set up my hub using ptokax, i have no options enabled for checking slots or min share.  I am using robocop v8b and also have unchecked anything that would refuse users away from the hub.  Unfortunatly whenever users try join the hub its showing them joining the straight awa parting.  I'm not sure if this is their choice to do that or if its a problem with the way i have things set up but its happeneing a lot.  Almost 5 out of 6 users are doing this.

Any help would be great
