i am still using 0.3.6.0 but i just want to ask a quick question on this new version, does OpChat have the +leave and +join features? thanks

No it haven't, but you can use custom opchat script which has this feature.

Slots limit doesn't work on my hub (v. 0.4.0.0RC5). Is it a bug?

I'll answer the question myself:
The option "Accept description tag from unknown client when is valid" was turned off by default, so the option Max and Min slots didn't work. I've turned it on and it works.
P.S. PtokaX is an awesome software ::)
