Hi, sorry for my bad english first.

I?m using PtokaX DC Hub version 0.3.6.0. and it is unable to connect via internet. When i try to reach it from my notebook in the internal network with 192.168.1.100 i can connect. But it is unable to connect the Hub from outside. I forwardet the ports 4111 and 1209 to my server.
Can anyone help me please?

In PtokaX, you might need to uncheck "Listen only to this IP"

Thanks. But this Option is unchecked by default and i had not checked it.

Then you might wanna double check any firewall and/or portforwarding setting.
Be aware that PtokaX uses both TCP and UDP ports so that both protocol types need to be forwarded.
For a nice overview of how to open ports for DC, check http://www.portforward.com
You can choose DC++ there for your specific router and although it will give an example on DC++ client, it works exactly the same for hubsofts.
Another thing might be the Windows Firewall (or any other for that matter)
