Why the command (!me) doesent work with russia lenguage? :)

maybe someone have this problem with another languages?
when i was used (16.06) with the command (/me) all is working... but now this command doesent work :(

If you are using a language pack, !me might have been changed to sommit. maybe what ME is in russian ?

as far as i know the language files don't work yet on 16.xx.
but you could fix this with my wordreplacer, it includes !me with several prefixes.
and as a bonus you can also use it in a pm.
