Is there a way to make a custom message when the Hub limit is reached. I can't seem to find it in any settings.

Hi Mutor,
Gave that a try on the test Hub and it did not change the message. My language file is an XML but says example. (English.xml.example)
I restarted Hub, PC, Clients still no change.
Bot> This hub is full. 9 users online.

English is the default language for PtokaX.
The language file included is an example file.
AFAIK, PtokaX does not use that file but has the english language within. Changes to the file will be discarded.

Change that File's Name to English.xml and restart the hub. After that it should work
