Double Login *Report* (kick optional) Script needed!

Well i am aware of this rather old anti double script (piglja - 29/04/03). What i need is a script that just (with optional kick if activated) reports double (or more?) logins. In other words...

1. Get the ips from every user at login
2. Store those ips in memory
3. Compare new ips with already stored
4. On match display the following:

    * IP
    * Every user that matches this IP
