second chat with a sign in

Hi  would like to know if anyone know about a second chat that i can use as a messageboard for the kicked users.
Looked at the script OpiumVolage pasted on this board    but as fare as i could understand   it was not  with a sign in.
The sign in  is for the op    so they can decide if they want to look at the kick message or not.
