win me + ptokax socket error 10049 on api connect

I've a problem that i dont know how to correct it.
My O/s is Win Me.I use  ptokax dc hub 0.3.2.6 TestDrive 4 to run my Hub
and i receive this message everytime :

"windows socket error 10049 on api connect"
i already saw some posts here but they dont help me  ?(
i would like to know what i have to do to fix this problem

Do u have User statistics option ticked in advanced?

I do have the same problem and I don't have the "User statistics" option ticked in advanced.
