!flood mod

The !flood command in PtokaX is fine but I wanna know if it's possible for the victim/abusive user who get's this command run on him has 4 example 100 PM windows open 2 flood him?
The reason i'm asking is becuase at the moment if a user comes in and acts like a twat, i'll use the flood command but it'll only flood them in a single PM window 100 times, which basically does nuttin.
So rather than 100 lines of "We Don't Want You Here" in a single PM window, I wanna know if it can open individual windows 4 each line?
