Hi all,

I have a hub running that collects each and every filelist at entry. (Funtion within DCDM++)
Yep, I know. It bothers people, but.... its handy when a user wishes to register or if users are suspected of having 'bad ' files!  :D   The list is already 'at hand'!!!

What happens is that the Filelist folder keeps building up. So I would like to know how I can detect if an existing filelist can be deleted because the user went offline. Why? Well, if I wish to open a filelist for an online user, that 'opening' becomes slower every day.

All the OP-commands in the hub are triggered by '!'.
So, a command something like !cleanlists  would be perfect.
If that could be triggered by a timer that would even be nicer!

Any ideas? All are welcome.

Thanks! 8)
If it's raining and your roof leaks, fix the roof. DON'T try to stop the rain!!

Hi,

Isn't there already a option in CMD DC++ that does that ?? That erases a filelist after get checked. ??

Best regards, nErBoS

Herodes

there is another option in DCDM++ that deletes the filelists that have been downloaded when the client is shutdown ... so maybe it would be easier to restart your client ;)
