need help if any one know this thing

i attach file with this post pls just take a look of file its html file and posting html maker or wat i dont know about it

folder 1 html is auto maded by folder 3 tool its makeing one lan.html and many of diffrent html file ex: two file with lan.html, lan.html is very importent thing bec its seen in hub not any other html but i want to show tat other html in hub but its not ganrated with any comon name like lan.html
i m edit one html in folder 2 but i can edit only out put of html  not able to show map,players name,and frags i want that tipe of lan.html is it posible to edit tat tool file and it showin all thing in lan.html? if just u can done map seen in lan.html but pls pls
