Ok.. after all the troubles, the script is finished ! ;D
This is a Bot Thas the follow Things :: 1) Talking 2) Login Messages 3) Debugger 4) FriendlyHubs

I hope you will like it. Bot is tested and works perfectly on Ptokax 3.6.0. ;-) Tested with RoBocoP.
If you any problems with it or idea's please say it, Then I will check it and maybe add it in the next version of it !

Maybe nice if you add the possibility to remove friendly hub out of the list.
Also for the message line from the talking bot show, add and remove  possibility?

It saw that if you are running this lua and you are running the opsecurity lua this lua must be above it in the list from PX other wile you get no RC.

Added some things and tested it Px 3.6.0 Ro 23

YouMay table for giving advance RC commands rights.
Possibility to turn RC on and off
Talk Bot on startup in the off status
By wrong status a quote >>  Sorry, no rights to do this at this moment!  << Instead of the cmd in main
Some other tings just for the eye in main

   Important if you running the opsecurity lua then this lua must be above it in the list from PX other wile you get no RC.

Hello all,

HelpFully Bot v1.2 is finished
HelpFully has the follow things::
1) Check for bad nick name, 2) Who get rc commands, 3) Block Advertise in PM!, 4) Block Bad Words, When script restarting you must do !talkon to enable your Talker, or do it with your Rc_Menu.
Rc_Menu is a litle bit changed, New Layout.. <-) Thnx to [NL]Daddy-Bear

Also I have removed the debugger from it.
If you like this script, Give then some ideas for in the next version.
Next version will be different then this, I will add Protection Things, Bad Search and will also remove some things.
But also your ideas are welcome to make HelpFully Better.
