both of your problems are not in the PtokaX but in your scripts !! ..

sometimes it isn't found by the bot.

all running on a 1.2GHz AMD with 384MB mem, 120 gigs HD, on 1.5MB down and 256K up.  God my computer sucks.

I've been running for over 14 hours with a peak of 99 users and holding at 66 users.  and I am not having a single problem.  I think I must be doing something wrong.

please try to not be so sarcastic :) I've looked into the debuglog from you and the bug was related to loading of list of registered users. So I thought there could be a problem with your registeredusers.dat file format. Im just trying to eliminate possible deadends in searching for origin of a bug. That's all.
