My Hub is Fck'd

i'm Using (windows Xp on a 3.4Ghz intel P4,about 2tb room) i'm storin a hub on Ptoka X 0.3.2.6 Test Drive 4
No Scripts work..i ain't got none at the time but my friends find a Ip Blocker (i also see it) and it's working but i ain't got no Scripts Runnin...it just Turns Automaticly on....can anyone help me..i also need somethin that makes my hub work (i H8 Yhub).

any ".lua" file in Your scripts folder (in ptokax folder)
will run on hub startup ..
if folder is empty there is no scripts running,
there is no ip blocker inside the hubsoft itself that "turns automaticly on".
