This is dcdm++ operator client what can check file lists and clients automatically, so that's what why i called it "bot"... it kicks silently and dont show kick message in mc.
Its more bw friendly than use ptokax script to detect these files..

register bot to OP and get in to hub.. when it checks users it shows to dcdm client when it kicks user with badfile... but nobody sees it when it kicks... you can check after kick is the user in userlist.. if not if has been silently kicked... :)
well I am register as master in my hub and use this client in my own hub but I didn't see this client kickt users for sharing these files so maybe robocop did already.
