i am having a file which is a vbscript but it is encoded. i want to decode tht file
As there are many programmer on this site i will like to know is it possible to decode
tht file or are there any software which can decode tht file(please tell the software names)

As far as I know, compliced programs can't be decompiled, maybe some out-dated application, but not a VB script. Try to use google, I've found these:

But, that would be the easiest you write it ;)
