Some of you might consider this idea silly but, well, here it is:
I'd like to "send a message" to Leechers and Bots who define themselves by having a very low hub/slot ratio (I've seen 100/0/0 and 1 slot). I know that they can't get in the hub anyway but they're still using some traffic and they are usually persistant. Think of it as blocking spam.
The bot should check for slot ratio as a user (we don't want to get rid of our OPs hehe) and if that ratio is below a defined value, it should either redirect to 127.0.0.1 or tempban/kick (a little bit like the regenforcer script).
