Hi there:

Sorry for this question , it could probably be "dumb" ...but here goes anyway:
Does this script blocks also with spaces or characters between "letters on ban name" ?

Like for example:
n o - i p . c o m
n#o#-#i#p#.#c#o#m

Creating a "new trigger" would be awesome.

--example:

between = {
"#",
"!",
"+",
}

Something is wrong , the script is warning about "myhub.myftp.org"...
and not warning with "no-ip".

I have something to add to this one (sorry)...but somethings wrong with it.

EVERYTHINGS WORKING FINE   , besides:  no-ip  and kicks-ass .
It must be something related to the "-"  character ,
because it's the only one's that doesn't work right.

Yeah I know, have tired figuring this one out, but no luck yet... thinking of splitting it up like this:

Can i make a request for this script ?
I thought about a "crazy ideia" , but it should be fun.
My ideia is to create a BLACK LIST , with "top pubbers info".
Since this script warns OPs about who's making the pub and the pub itself...
(would be great to have also the pubbers IP)... it could save this information into a file.

The ideia is to "implement" this script across several hubs , creating several "pub.txt".
It should be needed "human intervention" only to collect all TXTs
and place them in a BLACK hublist. Of course , wi'll never add the real link to the "black hubs".

Example of pub.txt files:

User=nick | UserIP=ip | Hubname=pub | N? of warns/kicks |

-- Note: Hubname is without domain name (no-ip.com)

If this is a very crazy ideia , i'm sorry , and i ask forum moderators
to remove this post , to a "more appropriate" place on the forum.
I'd appreciate very much all your thoughts about this ideia ,
since pubbers are , almost everytime , "small/recent hubs".

Hey all,
using this script and amazing... except one thing: no1 can type the addy of the HUB radio... http://xxxx.myip.hu:8000/listen.pls, because "myip.hu" is forbidden... i tried to add this one to okay sites, and the okay hubs dont work either... (maybe i was wrong, im not a lua guru) - can you help?

hi there.
this script really works well, except for this kind of advertisement:
- n.o.-.i.p (with one dot in between all the trigger)
- n.o-ip (just one dot)
is it possible to block this? haven't found any script censoring the last kind of pub.

but it Ban MASTER and OP's also!!

hi again.
i've tried the updated anti-advertiser but it still doesn't censor the kind of pub i mentioned before:
- n.o.-.i.p (with one dot in between all the Adver)
- n.o-ip (just only one dot  somewhere in the Adver)

if i set "myip" as "denied" it blocks posting my ovn hubaddy even if i add it as OK hub. What2do? Cause myip.hu is a good DNS server and many hubs use that in hungary...

When adding like myip.hu do it like this:

put: myip in Adv Table and hu in Ext Table

I have not come up with a good way splitting the advers that have a - in it... sorry but the dots is taken away, if they are not then add:

["."] = "",

in the CharChange table.

in the CharChange table, the advertising shield stops working.

in fact, ppl keep advertising like this in my hub:
- h.ubmoz
- h.u.b.m.o.z
- h........ubmoz
so, the no-ip thing i showed, it was just an example.
all i need is to censor everything before the no-ip.com/org/info, etc... with that pattern.
