i have a friend who have a proxy server and he can't get in steady

he log in and 3 sec later he is off

i run a PtokaX DC Hub 0.3.2.6 TestDrive 3

can any body help me please ?

Is it possible to be in dc with a Proxy server?
I mean since you're changing IP every 30 sec?
