Hub hosting problem

Im having this trouble while running my hub ...
IF for example a redirect of about twenty users is sent to my hub , only4-5 enter and the remaining go back to the hub they were redirected from.This is not because of minimum share or minimum slots or any such thing.In th ptokax gui , on switching on the cmds , i noticed these messages :-
[06:34] x User removed: fgztds (Socket 560)
[06:34] x User removed: hcxwem (Socket 504)
now these were users who were redirected to my hub but didnt enter.
I will be really grateful if someone could help me out on this and tell me wat these commands mean ...

This depends on what you have set in your PtokaX GUI. posting the PtokaX.ini here would probably help.

Users can set their clients so that they don't follow redirects i believe

and 0.40x clients do not accept $ForceMove.
