It's weird after minimizing Ptokax to tray and the maximizing again I can't access the scripts. I'm running two scripts. Both configured for new API.

Did you minimise the scripts window before the main one? If so look at the bottom left of the screen for the minimised scripts window. It's caught me out once or twice when another program has been open in full screen.
