Title: Your preferred dc client
Post by: Gnuff? on 22 January, 2008, 08:24:23
Searching this forum i found that it is about 2? years since someone gave there opinion on the preferred dc client, and a lot has changes since then.

So i thought it could be fun to see how much the answers has changed, so.

What is YOUR  preferred dc client today?

Primarily i use R2++ [029L] 0.401
And to download from non-NMDC compatible clients like later DC++ clients, i use CZDC as a backup every now and then.
Of course, my preferred client is my own, but i still gotta finish that 1  :P

Currently I use two different clients... Goofy++ Version 0.20 which is a mix of lots of things, most of them fulDC in layout. The second client I use is .NOTHING.FL my new client based on FlowLib, and as far as I know it's the only other client except dc++ that fully supports ADC 1.0 and nmdc protocol with most extensions.

Both clients are made by me so they are pretty much as I like them, if I had to choose another client I'ld probably go for fulDC even if it's not being worked on any more.
