Normal scripts are multi-platform (i'm running same set of script on my both hubs [one x64 windoze, other x64 linux]).
Problem is with scripts using libraries, but that is where it should be easy on linux because for example on debian is many libraries available in repository.
Another problem is with compiled scripts, because they depend on int/size_t/pointer sizes, and that is where are platform different and script compiled on windoze is not working on x64 linux  :(

DiXBoT runs fine on Linux x64, except one or two modules, i havent had the time to test further yet as i am in the process of moving my Home. When i get the time i will be checking some more.
As for DiXBoT Manager, well it doesnt matter what the hub is running on as you can always start the Manager from another Computer. This is because the DiXBoT Manager acts like a Client which you use to connect to the Hub and change the Settings from there. You can findmore Info about that in the DiXBoT Thread of the Forum (http://forum.ptokax.org/index.php?board=109.0)
